From Northern Virginia:
Take I-495 North across the Cabin John Bridge, also known as the American Legion Bridge. Stay in the left lanes to exit onto I-270 North. Take the first exit, which is Democracy Boulevard (East). Go to the second traffic light and turn left onto Fernwood Road. At the first light, turn right into the office complex. Turn right immediately after entering from Fernwood Road and proceed through the gate, follow the arrows and the Champlain building will be the second building on the left. Be sure to use the parking garage!

From Laurel, Silver Spring, College Park, and Beltsville:
Follow 495 West (Outer loop) past the Mormon Temple to I-270 N spur towards Frederick, MD. Take the Rockledge Drive exit (this is a new exit) and turn left onto Rockledge Drive. Proceed through three traffic lights, after the third traffic light turn right into the third parking gate. The Champlain building is the first building on the right. Be sure to use the parking garage!

From Frederick, Gaithersburg, and Germantown:
Follow 270 South. At the 270 split follow the Baltimore College Park side (left lanes). Take the first exit (Rockledge Drive) and veer to the right at the light onto Rockledge Drive. Proceed through two traffic lights (please note - the street at the, first traffic light is also named Rockledge Drive). DO NOT turn at this intersection. Continue through the second traffic light and turn right into the third parking gate The Champlain building is the first building on the right. Be sure to use the parking garage!

From the Beltway: 
Our Virginia surgery center is located near the Capital Beltway (Highway 495) between Tyson’s Corner and Springfield.  Take exit 50A onto Arlington Boulevard (Route 50).  Proceed west for 8/10 of a mile to the Prosperity Medical Center on the left side of the road.   

 From Centreville or Manassas: 
Take I-66 east towards Washington.  Take the VA-123 S exit (Exit # 60) towards Fairfax/Vienna.  Continue on Chain Bridge Road/123 S less than a mile and turn left onto Lee Highway.  Go 3.7 miles to the intersection of Prosperity Avenue and Arlington Boulevard (Note: Lee Highway becomes Arlington Boulevard).  Our surgery center is in the new red brick medical park on the right side of the road.  

 Patients are encouraged to go directly to the top levels of the parking lot where plenty of parking spaces are available.
